Shipping Information
If your order value is €30 or more, then postage is free to any destination in Ireland, including Northern Ireland (subject to a max weight of 2kg). Order values for less than €30 will incur a fee of €5.
Postage to the UK is €7.50 for orders with a value less than €30 and €5 for orders with a value of more than €30. (subject to a max weight of 2kg).
Postage to other countries will cost more depending on the size of the order, you will be notified of this before the order is sent.
Any order which weighs more than 2kg may be liable to additional fees, so as to cover postage costs. In such an instance, we will contact you before processing your order with details of further postage costs.
We use the national postal service for deliveries as well as courier companies. Where we use a courier company - a signature will be required for proof of delivery.
We will dispatch your order within 1 working day of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock.
Delivery times will normally be any time between 1-3 days.
PLEASE NOTE: It will take longer when delivering to the UK and other countries, you will recieve your order within 10 working days.
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If you wish to return a product that is still in a sellable condition you must do so at your own expense.
