How to Take

•For each serving add the contents of one sachet to a glass, add 200 – 250ml of chilled water and stir vigorously until thoroughly mixed. Drink immediately – do not leave to stand.
•Take 1 serving per day on an empty stomach and at least 1 hour away from food and medication or other nutritional supplements.
•Drink an additional 250 – 500ml (one or two large glasses) of water or other hydrating drink within the next hour after taking, and increase your total daily water intake to at least 2 litres per day.
•If required, increase dosage to 1 serving 2 times per day after 7 consecutive days of use.
•Children over 6 and under 12 take half to 1 serving daily.
