How does it work?
Biolane Green Lipped Mussel Extract acts on the body in different ways to help keep joints supple and mobile. It has an anti-inflammatory effect on the surrounding soft tissue and helps to reduce pain. Components in the GLME combine with water in the joints to act as shock absorbers and lubricants in the joint. Joint cartilage which surrounds and protects the bones in joints can be subjected to natural wear and damage as part of the ageing process, Biolane GLME helps to protect cartilage by delaying or inhibiting damage. Biolane GLME is also gentle on the stomach.

Whats in Seatone?
Seatone contains a unique purified green lipped mussel extract which contains a rich blend of naturally occurring proteins, minerals and omega 3 fatty acids including glycosaminoglycans (glucosamines, chondroitin sulphate) which are used by the body to build up cartilage.

This combination of actives give Seatone a wider spectrum of action compared with glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin.

Directions
Take one to three capsules per day with a meal. Three capsules are recommended initially for the first 90 days. After this period dosage can be reduced to two and then one capsule per day.

The benefits of Seatone are thought to build up over time, therefore a regular intake is recommended.
