A good combination to support healthy skin, hair and nails. The primary ingredient is MSM or sulphur which plays an essential part in the synthesis of collagen and keratin, vital protein substances that are needed to make and maintain healthy skin, hair and nails. Studies have shown that hair grows faster and stronger with good levels of sulphur. Studies have also shown it to help block the cross-linking of collagen, which may slow the appearance of skin wrinkles.
