Organically Bound, Yeast-Free L-Selenomethionine. Studies have shown that the antioxidant activity of selenium may provide protection agaisnt may of the ravages of ageing, and be of benefit to cardiovascular support. Studies have also shown it to be a good detoxifer and liver support.

Each tablet provides: Selenium (yeast free l-selenomethionine)200ug

Directions
As a food supplement for adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
