Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, four (4) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if outer bottle seal is missing, torn or damaged in any way. To assure freshness and potency, store at room temperature 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
