Postage & Packing is free for orders with a value of €30 or more, subject to a maximum weight of 2kg. An order with a weight in excess of 2kg will may require additional fees, in this event we will contact you before processing your order with details of further postage costs. Order values of less than €30 will incur a fee of €5.00. In all cases we will endeavour to have your order delivered within 24 hours, but in some cases this isn’t possible. Orders will generally take between 1-3 days to be delivered.

Great Britain

Postage to Britain is €5.00 for orders with a value of €30 or more, subject to a maximum weight of 2kg. An order with a weight in excess of 2kg will may require additional fees, in this event we will contact you before processing your order with details of further postage costs. Order values of less than €30 will incur a fee of €7.50. Orders may take as much as 10 business days to be delivered, but most are delivered within 1 week.

General Information
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to pursue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

If you wish to return a product that is still in a sellable condition you must do so at your own expense. We will issue a refund on receipt of the returned product.Please inspect your order as best you can before signing for it. If it appears damaged in any way (i.e. torn packaging, leaking liquids, or sounds like its broken) or if you are not happy with the state of the packaging, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately so that we can arrange another order.
