Rio Rosa Mosqueta oil is pressed from the hips of a wild rose that grows in the Chilean Andes mountains - Rosa affines rubiginosa, commonly known as Rosa Mosqueta.

Rosa Mosqueta oil naturally contains high concentrations of Essential Fatty Acids, or E.F.A's (primarily Omega 3 & 6 fats), and it is higher in Gamma Linoleic Acid (G.L.A.) than Evening Primrose Oil, Starflower Oil (Borage oil) or Blackcurrant seed oil. Rosa Mosqueta also contains trans-retinoic acid – a naturally occurring compound related to vitamin A.

Rio Rosa Mosqueta oil capsules are ideal as a general Essential Fatty Acid supplement. Regular supplementation supports normal skin health for the whole body and so promotes ‘skin beauty from within’. The capsules can be used as an adjunct to the topical oil.

Dosage
Take 3 capsules per day before food or as recommended by your practitioner.
