Ingredients: Active Contituents (in homeopathic potencies), Equal Proportions, Mag. Phos. (Magnesium Phosphate B.P.C. 1949) 6x, Nat. Phos. (Sodium Phosphate PH.EUR.) 6x, Nat Sulph. (Sodium Sulphate Anhyd. PH.EUR.) 6x, Silica (Silicon Dioxide) 6x.

Also contains Lactose.

Nutritional: Active constituents (in homoeopathic potency): Equal proportions Mag Phos (Magnesium Phosphate BPC 1949) 6X, Nat Phos (Sodium Phosphate PH Eur) 6X, Nat Sulph (Sodium Sulphate Anhyd PH Eur) 6X, Silica (Silicon Dioxide) 6X. Also contains lactose.

Directions: Adults 4 tablets. Children 2 tablets. Take three doses a day. Increase dose to every half hour if needed.
