Mastica 500mg 30 capsules

Mastika is a food supplement which contains the ingredient mastic gum. Mastic gum has been used by traditional healers for over 3000 years and is taken as a health food. Mastic gum is the resinous material obtained from the Pistacia lentiscus tree, which is grown on the island of Chios in Greece. Clinical studies have investigated the benefits of mastic gum. Look for the symbol of authenticity when buying products containing mastic gum.

Suggested Daily Intake:
Take 2 capsules before bed with water for 4 weeks then 1 capsule a day as a maintenance dose. If preferred the capsules can be split and the contents mixed with water or a soft drink such as orange squash.
