Key vitamins, phospholipids and amino acids to optimise the function of the brain neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, for healthy concentration, memory and learning. Choline is a precursor of acetylcholine and a vital component of nerve cells. Phosphatidyl serine also plays a role in brain synapses.
