Internal Use:
Citricidal Liquid is primarily sold as having digestive health benefits, particularly intestinal, as well as being an excellent defence against yeast infections due to its anti-bacterial nature. However, it can also be used for colds, flus and allergies. It can be taken orally, although as mentioned, one must be careful to dilute the solution by the appropriate ratio, and it is recommended that one starts with a low dosage and builds up. It should also be avoided by those suffering from citrus allergies.

If risk of Candida, 1-5 drops, otherwise mas 15 drops, Infants up to 5, 1-5 drops in 200ml of water or juice 1-3 times daily.

External Use:.
Due to its properties, Citricidal is useful as a broad disinfectant and cleanser and so can be used on the face for acne and shaving injuries, as a throat gargle, on the ear and on minor skin irritations, warts and athlete's foot, as well as an anti-dandruff solution. For more serious skin problems, one should obviously consult a doctor. It is also useful for combating genital conditions such as vaginal yeast infections and parasitic diseases in the male genital area.

15-30 drops in 100ml water, oil, shampoo. May be used neat on unbroken skin.

Domestic
Perhaps the most surprising use of this remarkable extract is as a household cleaner. A solution can be left next to your basin in order to sanitise your toothbrush every night; just stir 5-10 drops into a glass of water and leave the toothbrush in it between uses. Change the water every few days. It can also be used to wash vegetables, fruit, meat and poultry as well as chopping boards. It's a great all-round natural disinfectant and anti-bacterial.

Travel
As a result of its manifold uses, taking this tiny bottle with you when you travel is something that many natural health practitioners would advise as it covers many bases regarding problems you may experience whilst abroad without having to take a number of different health products with you 'just in case'.
