CAPSULES:Freeze-dried powdered Montmorency cherries (approx 100 cherries are used to make each capsule), magnesium stearate (trace), vegetable capsule – hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Nutritional: Each bottle contains 946ml of concentrate. CherryActive recommends a 1 part concentrate to 7 parts water mixture. Simply pour a two-tablespoon (30ml) serving of concentrate into a half-pint glass and top up with water. Some customers add a splash of lemonade, ginger or some ice-cubes. Our cherry juice is not only full of health-giving properties, it also tastes delicious!

Directions: A routine of drinking half a pint (~280ml) of mixed juice each day. Some customers have several servings each day, especially if they are experiencing pain.

Health Warnings: Cherry Active's cherry juice concentrate should be kept, opened or unopened, in the fridge or freezer to keep it at its best. It has a shelf life of around 12 months in the fridge and 18 months in the freezer. The concentrate will not freeze in the freezer, but may sometimes crystallise a little – simply warm it up to make it easy to pour again.
