This is a soothing herbal preparation which contains Neem leaf Tincture which is a natural antiseptic, able to control opportunistic bacteria that can cause skin infections. One of the benefits of this cream is that it is unlikely to upset sensitive skin, making it suitable for areas that have reacted badly to medicated products. Neem leaft contains nimbin and nimbidin and studies on these two constituents have shown them to be at least as effective as steroidal and non-steroidal creams.

Directions: Apply to skin as required and if in doubt test on a small area of skin first.
