Ingredients: Urtica 1x 10.0mg, Silicea 4x 2.5mg, Calcium carb. 4x 0.5mg, Calcium phos. 4x 0.5mg, Sodium phos. 4x 0.5mg, Excipient (including lactose) to 100mg

Nutritional: Urticalcin tablets contain Stinging Nettle, calcium salts and silica.

Directions: 3 tablets twice daily, allowing them to dissolve slowly under the tongue. Children: Half adult amount.

Health Warnings: Please seek medical advice if pregnant. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not suitable for people with milk related allergies.
