Avena Sativa Fresh Herb Extract. Also more commonly known as wild oats, oatstraw or oatseed. Contains flavonoids, steroidal compounds, vitamins and minerals. Avena Sativa (Oats) is very often associated with wholesomeness. Herbalists have used this plant for many years and it is the seed from the fruit of the plant which is used for this preparation.
